If you elect provide us with your email address in order to receive communications from Provider, we will use that information required to send you your request. This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. To make online payments to us, you must provide contact information (like name and address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date, bank information, etc.). This information is used to complete your payments. If we have trouble processing an payment, we'll use this information to contact you.
